Judy started practicing yoga 15 years ago because she thought it would be a good form of exercise. It didn’t take her long to realize that there was so much more to yoga than the physical practice. A 200-RYT yoga graduate of The Lotus Pond Center, Judy's style is Kripalu inspired; focused on the wide-range benefits of pranayama, proper asana alignment and meditation. Judy integrates the 8 limbs of yoga into her teachings, which offer guidelines for a more meaningful and purposeful life.
